Earthtones Tile Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All of our tiles are hand glazed in small batches.
Retail orders typically ship within 5-10 business days. During busy seasons or for larger orders, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.
We ship primarily through USPS and UPS.
Estimated delivery times (after your order has shipped):

USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather.
Local Pickup (Tucson, AZ)
Local pickup from our studio in Tucson is available.
If you select this option at checkout, we’ll email you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup time.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship to select international destinations.
Order Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us.
Damages & Issues
We package our tiles carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
We will replace the damaged item or issue a store credit.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Earthtones Tile is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.
If this occurs, please file a claim with the carrier.
